The Cromarty Firth

A graveyard of metallic ghosts
Mothballed scaffolds from the Age of Oil
Derelict transformers
Surrealled in estuarine mists
Await dismantling
In Dali-esque grandeur.

I remember seeing how many of these were lying in the Cromarty Firth when I visited there in 2016.
