From cuttlefish to Cutty Sark
From shopping bags to plastic parts
The waste that fills the land piles high
The sea distressed gives out a sigh
Its waves cry out in constant pain
Shoring our debris as solid rain
Upon the beach where once we tread
The remnants of life on Earth now dead
